The Spessart lies in north western Bavaria and is situated on a low mountain range in Germany. Many people choose to visit Spessart each year, with its beautiful landscapes and views across the mountain range itself. Germany is a place which is full of old traditional houses, landscapes and historical reminders of the past. Where as most places in Europe have gone for the modern day hotels and housing, certain areas of Germany have stuck with tradition to offer a unique appeal to tourists who visit the country on a yearly basis. Spessart is just one of the places in Germany where traditional housing remains. A lot of the Hotels Spessart have spectacular views, this is purely due to the destination itself. Cuba is another popular tourist hot spot which sees many thousands of tourists travelling to experience the hustle and bustle of places like Havana which are influenced by a mix of both Africans and Spanish cultures. Unlike Spessart there are certain months when people travel to Cuba, peak times for travel are usually July and August. People choose very carefully before booking for a holiday in Cuba as certain times of the year are prone to hurricanes and these have been witnessed by many tourists between the months of June and November, although it is said that between January and May there is little in the way of threat of a hurricane, this cannot by any means be guaranteed. There is plenty to do in Havana, which is possibly the most popular of the tourists destinations, there are many old classic cars which can be seen driving around. Havana is also the city which never sleeps and all night parties are rife in this area of Cuba.
If Havana is not your thing then there are other locations such at El Oriente, which lies on the Eastern side of Cuba, and things seem to take on a much slower and peaceful pace here. There is also a chance to take in the beautiful scenery. There is a vast contrast between Cuba and Spessart, both of these destinations are worth a visit and both have a certain uniqueness to them with regards to the life, people and sights.
